The parents habits are determinant. I have always eaten healthy thanks to what my mother has taught me with her example. I know people that never eats salad, and you can notice by the look of their skin. There are kids that always drink soda or artificial juice because their mothers are too lazy or ignorant to buy some fruits and prepare natural juices.

Sort:  

Not enough fresh vegetables (or decent meat if not vegetarian) and of course, not enough water. Simple things, easy to do, everyone knows yet, many lack.
