First of: So you are a teacher, May I ask what you are teaching?

From what I have read and heard, diet plays a crucial role in health, both mental and physical. And thus also a large part of development of each. It have been show from some study's, and, from his own reported experience so far, Jordan B. Peterson have noticed that, diet can help and revert depression in some cases.

The foods you eat in various ways littterally effects what kinda person you are. Unless you want to argue that "that kinda individuals chooses to eat that kinda food, becasue they are that kinda persons".

"let food be thy medicin, and medicine thy food" is a saying that holds true in most ways, espessially if you look at all the information about socalled "alernatice cancer treatements" that can be found. Most of them focuses on food and the use of plant medicin.

THe kinds of foods, including the gut flora, are vital components of mood and thinking ability so it is likely that changing diet can affect the personality.
