Cabbage salad with ham. Very tasty and useful! :)
Hello dear friends!
Today we will prepare a very simple, light and tasty salad. I often make this salad in spring and in summer, in hot weather, when I do not want to eat anything heavy and hot.
So, we need very simple ingredients for this salad:
Cabbage. Cut into strips.
Then squize it until it gets soft and gives a juice.
Cucumbers. Grate it.
Sausage (ham, chicken, beef ...). Cut into strips.
Green canned peas.
Mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy the salad! :)

That looks really tasty! Though I don't know if I'd call that "light". Cabbage, mayo and ham are heavy for me, hahaha. It reminds me of "cold pasta salad". That's how it's called here, but it's basically the same except it has, well, short pasta instead of cabbage. It's tasty, but it makes me question what a "salad" is supposed to be.
Maybe I'll give the recipe a try in the near future. There's a lot of cabbage in the fridge.

Thank you very much for your comment! :) This salad is called - "what I have in the refrigerator" :))) You can use any boiled meat and quite a bit of mayonnaise, the salad will be quite juicy because of the cabbage juice.

Super you see this salad. Also simple. Not bad for a light dinner despite the two sausages that do not fall bad.
I think tomorrow Saturday night can be perfect.
