Avocado Brownie
Ingredients :
- 125 grams of DCC
- 50 grams of butter (can be margarine)
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1 medium size avocado
- 70 grams of cocoa powder
- 70 grams of medium protein flour
- Sufficient almond slice
How to make:
- Melt DCC and butter in the team. Set aside.
- Blend the avocado using a fork only
- Beat the sugar and eggs until the bubbling / bubbling mixture
- Enter the DCC mixture then mix until it is flat
- Add flour and powdered chocolate to mix again
- Enter the avocado stir again until smooth
- Pour into a 25x10 baking dish and top it up. Bake for about 30 minutes
