Blackberries are a delicious addition to any diet. They are also packed with essential nutrients and antioxidants.
Blackberries are native to Europe, but farmers grow them across the United States all year round. They come from brambles, which are a type of thorny bush. Really very well done @stephenkendal

Amazing post! Especially, I love to read original/content and original/photography like you...And i want to share you some info about Blackberry that is...

Blackberries are tasty and nutrient dense fruits which store a fine range of nourishing components. [6] Vitamins provided by blackberries include vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6, folate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), and vitamin K (phylloquinone). [7] The mineral wealth of blackberries includes calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, and zinc. Blackberries are also a good source of amino acids and essential dietary fiber, and they do not contain any harmful cholesterol.

Thanks

Aww damn nice photoshot...This is my favorite fruit... And This fresh blackberries can be simply rinsed and eaten as is, or tossed into pancake batter, cereal or salads. In addition, use the berries to make jams and juices; sauces for sweets such as ice cream; or for savory dishes, such as a sauce to accompany game meats. Keep in mind, though, that making strained blackberry-derived products -- such as jams, jellies or juices -- removes much of the dietary fiber content of the berries. Many of these products may also contain added sugars, which means that they become a less healthy food choice.

i love Blackberrys , enjoy them mr @stephenkendal

Nice blackberry pictures...
