Now a days Sorry is so coomonly used , that it becomes very difficult to judge if to forgive or not. Forgiveness from heart comes only when you know and realised that the mistakes are not get repeated and the person who made the mistakes is actually ferling soory of their deeds. There are many who use " sorry" as a formality and there is no remirse of their deed. To such people sorry is just another adjective in a sentence. And they going to repeat it again..may be not in same individual but on some other.
For me sometimes i get cobfused if such mistakes or such ibdivudyal do worth of forgiving?? Pretty tough to identify and forgive...in such cobdition.
