Classic! I love this - the opening line, the mood, the epic lines in between, e.g. ...why every late traveler set camping in this clearing, why so many stories were shared: to keep fear at bay. But there was just one person, that while somewhat paying attention to the fierce and dramatic speech, wasn’t either impressed of [or] scared...
