It’s true. Taking care of a child and making sure they’re healthy, happy and loved should be every parent’s top priority. Unfortunately, for many people it isn’t. Just tonight there were several news stories on the evening news about kids who died or were gravely disabled because of their “caretakers” irresponsible or outright criminal behaviour. It’s tragic.
