Nice cream can be so simple and still taste fantastic - sometimes I would just go for bananas and cinnamon and be absolutely happy with it :)

I am experimenting with a new breakfast routine lately, that is no breakfast at all. It is called intermittent fasting and it gives your body more time for vital healing processes within your body.
Although I was always the person eating breakfast right away after hopping out of my bed, the new routine feels just great and on top, it saves me some time in the morning to focus on my projects :P
