Hydration is very important. I noticed myself becoming bloated and feeling horrible so I started to make sure I was hydrated daily. My waistline and belly became trim and slim just from spring water and coconut water. I enjoy these 2 refreshing drinks daily and that all the fluids I drink. (mostly)
