Keep your body hydrated

Your Urine has to be clear to indicate that your body is hydrated (has enough water).
Our body has an amazing architecture, when there is a problem it warns you. The problem is that most people don't listen to these warnings and they keep happening to the level they take them as normal.

One of the situation in which the body gives you a warning is dehydration. One of warning signs that are given in case of dehydration is dark yellow urine.

So whenever you see dark yellow urine suspect dehydration and drink a couple of glasses of water, your urine will be clear for next hours.

Why hydrating your body

  • Dehydration can lead to general fatigue, so to stay awake by drinking water.
  • In absence of water your bowel absorb even small quantity that was in stool hence constipation.
  • Your kidneys need water to flush out all toxins from the blood. So hydrate your body to help your kidneys flush out toxins.
  • Without enough water, there can be inbalance of water and minerals hence kidney stones.
  • In general your body needs water in different activities done within your body.

To conclude, listen to your body. When it warns you that there is an inbalance within your body, do what it requires to restore the balance. When you see your Urine becoming dark yellow just drink water if that persist consult your physician!

Prevention is better than cure!

Hydration is very important. I noticed myself becoming bloated and feeling horrible so I started to make sure I was hydrated daily. My waistline and belly became trim and slim just from spring water and coconut water. I enjoy these 2 refreshing drinks daily and that all the fluids I drink. (mostly)
