Very useful health information! I've also recently learned that the imbalance between omega 6 and omega 3 oil in the Western diet is damaging to humans' health. Things like flaxseed, hempseed and grapeseed oil all contain high levels of omega 6. Because of the ratio of omega 6 to omega 3s in the Westerner's diet, there is increased risk of obesity (read more in this study if you are curious: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4808858/)
