I went through that 20 years ago. Back then, I was using soy cheese as I was avoiding dairy. I found out later, when I not longer needed the cheese (whole other story), that it had been helping greatly with menopause symptoms.
Thank you so much for sharing about the soy. I’ll definitely keep that in mind :)
