Its really sad when someone dies running, but it annoys me because I find parts of the media look for it as a way to discourage people for getting out and being active. Great post.

It is a particularly news worthy even.
TBH I hadn't expected the risk to be so low!
Chances are all of those who died could have prevented it if they'd have just listened to the warning signs.... then again I guess the endorphins block those.
