On the other hand, a very sweet diet can be consumed in the morning as it consumes a lot of sugar, and very quickly increased our blood sugar. So we should not eat this type of food.

Ensure that vegetables are high in the lunch time. Try also to keep a meat meal. Try to eat full stomach when you eat. Take the opportunity to drink water. Eat less food in night time. Keep vegetables. Along with that, try to eat such foods that are less bulky, but nutritious.

If we eat something very fast, we get too much calorie in our body before we get too much understanding. The problem arises afterwards. A recent study in Japan revealed that about 1,700 women said that eating very slowly would make our stomach feel very fast. When we take food quickly not slowly, we get more calories.

We must comply with certain rules while eating. And one of them is, we have to remove all the things that can be taken away our mind from the food. Otherwise, when we start eating food after watching television, we will accept a lot more calories before understanding. Try to concentrate only on food. Keep the shape of the plate is small that you take in the food. Many times if we keep a lot of food in the big plates, mentally we are hungry even with lots of calories. Try to enjoy the food. Want to eat cake? Then put a piece of cake in your mouth. But do not bite another piece before the end of that piece. Rather enjoy a bite of cakes and enjoy its taste. Eat slowly. If you do that, at last you will see that you ate a little food.

I agree most people do not take the time to sit down and really enjoy their meals which includes chewing and paying attention to it. Ever seen people eating at a fast food restaurant?
I do not agree if it comes to when to eat and having a breakfast. O e should eat if the appetite is there not out of a habit. Out of a habit, at certain times, will not make you eat less or snake in between. Also... nobody's bio rythme is the same. So.what works for one is not necessary working for others as well.
