Same here, i just eat it becuase i love the taste not until a colleague of mine came to the office and started eating it something very unusual of her, i had to question her and she said her mum told her to start eating it although her mum is battling cancer which i know she'll pull through, that was when i knew that it also prevents cancer and has lots of other benefits.
