Personally for me it's an ideal variant, because I've a lack of free time, and I need something very intensive and fast to keep my body in a good form.

This exercise includes 3 elements: a bar, push-up and jump

It's is a kind of unique exercise - it allows you to use all the major muscle groups equally effectively.

At different phases of the exercise, the muscles of the shoulders, triceps, chest, press, back, buttocks, hamstrings, quadriceps are included in the work.

In addition, due to the hopping load and moving the body from the horizontal plane to the vertical plane, you very quickly inflate the pulse, which means that you burn more calories.

High-Intensity Interval Training has helped me get in shape more than any other exercise! There is nothing better when your goal is to burn fat and keep lean muscle as quickly as possible.

Many years ago I was a US size 40 inch waist, 218 lbs. After doing HIIT I got down to a 32 inch waist size and 175 lb weight.

Burpees are hard but effective. It's been awhile since I have done them so thanks to your post here I have decided to do the month long burpee challenge.

it has nothing to do with my body-)
it helps me to be in good health but my body is just a present from Nature, I can do nothing to it, and it will be the same.

You got a perfect and a beautiful figure my dear, many must be at envy 😃 But I am sure you take lot of efforts to keep up to it.
A little exercise is must in a day even if it is for 5 minutes, it makes a lot of difference.

no efforts-)
i never get extra weight whatever I eat or do, just my nature
but some exercise are useful in any case
