Health Journal: Self Massage

You know, im a manly type. I grew up fishing hunting, extreme sports atvs fast cars and such. Rough and ready, get just what you see. Never in a million years would i think to be diving into yoga, tai chi, massage, self massage?,What!

My health condition has forced me down many paths, some good some not so good. Ive been doing self massage more often recently. Trying to get it in atleast once a day and its helped. It feels good and its loosening my neck muscles up especially.

So yup self massage, check it out, maybe a quick youtube video. It has many benefits and best of all its totally free.

Im planning on getting some more massage tools soon. For now i have my hands and these tools shown below.

From having massage therapist work on me ive learned alot about the skill. Ive developed a "magic touch" so to say and have done some massage work on a few people. My wife and i are currently learning more on the art so we can exchange helping our bodies, learn a new skill, and save some cashola.

I know your pain is mostly in your neck area, but here is one that feels awesome to me. Sit on the couch, put a tennis ball on the floor, place your foot on the back in the arch of your foot. Put a little down pressure on it and roll the ball around your arch. Aaaahhhh feels sooo good

Nice! Yeah i need more foot work, that sounds good :). The feet have much influence over the organs and body in general. And the feet and neck are the most largely ignored parts. Thanks bruv
