Will the FED continuously last the high interest rate?

The U.S. unemployment rate is 3.9%. It's higher than expected. When the rate was more than 4.0%, the FED has changed their monetary policies from tightening to easing.

The GDP is ATL(All Time Low) since 2023. These figures representing the U.S. economy are getting worse. I'm suspicious of whether the high interest rate is sustainable
