Exploring the Mysteries of Darkness
Inky night, centuries old, draws its curtain of darkness and traipse into the imaginations of the human souls. With the setting of the sun, the earth enters a realm of shadows and secrets, where trickles of tales are covertly whispered in the breeze and illusions take form under the sparkling firmament.
The pulsating rhythm of night becomes the calling tune of cities with an atmosphere of action and drama, as dawn approaches. The neon lights light up the streets with vibrant colors ranging from the intense electric white to the hypnotizing tri-color and even lines with shadows that follow the rhythm of the party mood. The hums of streets under the feet of insomniac wanderers fill the night, as in the mollifying or of adventures awakened to the nocturnal highway symphonies.
However, the city lights would not interfere, the firmament would however appear every bit as awe-inspiring as it ever was. A masterpiece with a million diamond galaxies, indeed, a dream-land, it calls the dreamers to get lost in its boundlessness. It's here, in the midnight wool of the darkness, that one can meditate on the great cosmic mysteries and, if needed, spend time alone in the quiet presence of the moon and stars.
However, night-time not only is a duty of reflection and enchantment; it is as well a place of dark corners hiding threats and feelings of terror. Shadows seem to go on for eternity, and it seems that cold, black nothingness would follow soon. Everything, and everyone around me seems to disappear. In unimaginable monsters and plausible truths, I find the alleys and the street corners like a trap – dark and eerie; and in the absolute silence, the unknown disguises its secrets in mesmerizing riddles.
Above everything, the darkness of the night should be viewed as a riddle and a source of mystery, but still as a time of creation—the empty canvas for dreams and the cradle of adventures. It is a tale, a grim tale maybe, about an end of an era as a new one begins, where the power and beauty still sparkles inside despite everything.
Posts in this community should be about science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). I'm not sure that this article fits those categories.

Thanks for volunteering, but at the moment, I'm not looking for any more moderators and we don't have any plans for contests.
If the community grows, I might be looking for additional moderators in the future. If/when that happens, I'll be looking for people with a solid history of posting well-written STEM articles that cover timely & relevant topics, include references to appropriate sources, and generate engagement from other community members.
