My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2022

The sun was so bright today and the temperature was 27 so I decided to head for the beach.

There were not top many people there and the shark net was also removed.

The water was a bit cold but with the sun shining it was OK and not too bad.

The shower wasa bit cold so I just took a quick shower.
