One thing I have never been able to perfect is making homemade noodles. I can do ravioli but not straight up pasta. Imagine the shame... married to a 100% Sicilian man and can't make the pasta - lol
Lol. That is a shame! Have you tried the pasta maker like we have?

lol- no... maybe the pasta maker is the key because Heaven knows I am NOT a pasta maker.
And bless my husband... he tries to not let me know that the dough is to heavy... but I do. I know.
It sure is easy to use. Try it and see how it goes.
You certainly have a challenge there :)
