RE: Smart "stuff" - cashless society - central banks - enough already!

in #informationwar5 years ago

I read the bank/digital article, did not read the articles about the China system, somewhat familiar with it already, smart TV, Alexa stories somewhat familiar with also. So the a few things I saw:

  • A digital currency would remove this dependency on the private sector and allow for something cheaper, “homegrown” and state-controlled, she says. -

When has anything the government taken away from the private sector become cheaper? School? Medicine? Mail Delivery?

MOST Stupid statement so far:

  • “Accountants are going to have to understand what ledgers are and how they work,” he says. -

If your accountant has no clue about ledgers you better fire his dumb-ass.

  • "The main concern is disruption to commercial banking, which would have “implications for the entire economy”, " -

Just more fear tactics, oh but the banks and the bankers if they crash our economy will crash - yeah right to big to fail-bullshit.

People are still far far to trusting of their Governments. They believe the knock on the door and the phrase "Hi, I'm from the government and am here t help"! To help myself to your child because you swore and used bad language in front of her here is the recording we got from your mobile phone, here is the visual evidence from your smart TV. Any Questions?

I am glad I am getting old and am not a 20 something year old.

Sort:

The woman, not man, is the ex head of the none federal - federal reserve :-) Who now heads the IMF, sound familiar now.

I knew you would get the rest, it is so blatant and in your face fear porn.
Have a great week bro.

lol

Not if you take the UK as a "place" in the argument, as anything the gov does costs 10 times as much and takes 10 x longer than the private sector, hence the sell off of most of the NHS, the post office, the oil sector, British Telecoms, and any other asset they controlled, of course they were all sold to "their friends."

I can't believe they stopped the proposal to limit home delivery of mail to three days a week here, you can only bleed for so long, now there are the accusations that the US postal service ships for Amazon at a loss, everything onto the backs of the taxpayers for the benefit of the one percent.

The other day I just about wanted to choke on Apple's statement they had to cut their profit projections a half dozen billion or so...omg, how will the shareholder pheasants ever survive!

I read about them delivering at a loss for Amazon, you see it is favors for the old boys Yale network.

Yup them good old boys clubs keep tryin' there hardest to kick Trump's ass, have you seen this yet?

Not yet, I will watch it later, got to take my daughter to a physio class now.

I am glad I am getting old and am not a 20 something year old.

Me too! Ill be chuffed to do another 30years tops and then check out 😂
