I have some information you might find useful. Over at this link you can gain access to the RAVEN1NET archive. It is an old website (no longer online) created by a woman who claims to be a targeted individual. She appears to have done extensive research on this phenomenon.

i would advise against digging any further if you suspect that you are the victim of gangstalking.
