Introduction post/ #introduceyourself
Hi seasoned and not so seasoned steemians,
A newbie here, names Sultan (a poor one). Recently a friend of mine introduced me to this platform, a social media where you can earn money by posting. And I was like, say what now? Although I know now, it's not that easy, steemit isn't just handing out cash rewards to anyone out there who posts. But I wanna learn, get to know this community, see how it works and be a part of it if I can.
So please comment, let me know if I should know something before start posting here, be my mentor, or lets learn together. Follow or ask me to follow you. Tell me what kinda content I should post and what are the things I should steer clear of.

Welcome to the Steem Blockchain! Let me tell you... I have been here for just over 1 year now... and all things considered... I'm never going back to the conventional Social Media. This is where it's at but like you say... This place is all about opportunity dressed in work clothing! Your going to do well here if your patient and take the time to really connect/comment and draft quality content. Even if you feel like no one is watching or appreciating your efforts... As for advice on content... I think that as long as you OWN your words and supporting media content... as long as you apply yourself and speak about the things you know and are passionate about... Your going to draw people who love your message towards you. Make it as media rich as your time permits and participate in what's happening (hashtag trends) here on the Steem Blockchain and you will have lots of fun (signs of social capital) and the financial capital will come in due time based on your consistency.

Thankyou, and of course I did follow. And about the app, I'm still browsing steemit via my browser, but thinking of switching to an app since so many people told me about other apps. Not sure which one is the best, but will give yours a try as well
