Welcome here! Your post is really inspiring. I'm really trying to make some of that changes you did myself, especially 1 & 2 on your list. It's difficult to go out of your comfort zone and completely change you daily routines , that's why I'm really looking forward for you to share some tips on how to not give up on achieving something like this :)
Thank you so much that is definitely a topic to write about! Trust me it's daunting at the beginning but once you take the first step you will be surprised how amazing you are out of the comfort zone!
