It is interesting how noticeable that your elder son is growing up, he has seen already Christmas tree int eh past so it is not exciting anymore. But for your younger one it is something that he probably tries to explore, colorful and with such interesting toys on green background. You are right you should be careful with toys and it is a good idea to put them out of reach. Your little one is really grown up a little, now sitting up and that he is able to grab something and to explore of course with his mouth :)
Yes, my baby put the apple ornament in his mouth and licked a little paint. Fortunately there is no abnormality in health, but I thought I should be careful. The elder son no longer fears of the tree, and enjoyed decorating the Christmas tree.
