일상) 잔디밭 축구
안녕하세요. @jsquare입니다.
이곳에서 지난 주에 축구를 했습니다.
오래간만에 천연잔디 운동장에서 축구를 했는데요,
흙 운동장에서의 플레이와 천연잔디에서의 플레이는 느낌이 무척 다릅니다.
볼 콘트롤도 달라지게 되고.. 충분한 준비운동과 아울러 그라운드의 특성에 잘 적응하여 뛰어야 합니다.
지난 주 플레이에서도 주전 미드필더와 골키퍼 분이 햄스트링이 올라오는 상황이 있었답니다.
다시 한번 이곳에서 뛸 기회가 생겼는데, 일, 공부하는 것 다 접어두고 마음 편하게 플레이하려 합니다. ㅎ
운동장 옆 화단의 다육이들입니다. ㅎ

운동장 면적이 실제 운동장 규격인지 엄청 넓어요. ㅎㅎ
