I forced myself to go out today and it was worth it. The weather was perfect and the sky was beautiful beyond words. I guess you really need to start your day right eh? Because now I feel like I can conquer the world. My mood is so much better even though I received a sad news earlier.

things related to self-care. I have read tons of articles, and I know some I've read many moons ago. But why is it so hard to apply into my everyday life? I feel so lost yet motivated to help myself.

down notes about self-care and journalling. I am finally starting my first journal this 2018. I am thinking of doing a do-whatever-you-want journal, and a 5-year/one-line-a-day journal this coming year. I am super excited!

of walking everyday to lose the extra weight I gained in 20 days. I actually feel heavy again because we've been eating rice everyday, and I wasn't as active anymore. Aside from walking,
I always want to continue exercising and doing Yoga right after waking up.

S M E L L I N G
fake mature perfume from Day to Day, I believe. It is so tiny and the bottle is obviously
inspired/after Gucci perfumes. My favourite Gucci scent is definitely Flora.
W I S H I N G
for a little rain and fog before I go home. UAE is prettiest in winter,
especially if it rains/fogs in early mornings.
H O P I N G
for things to get finalized this Wednesday. I just want to go home as soon as possible.
I will miss UAE, but self-healing is very important to me right now. I can't delay it any longer.

to eat Chicken Biryani and Domino's Pizza but they're in Dubai. The bus fare has increased, so I only go to Dubai when I really need to.

My Sunday was alright, how was yours?
Pleasant. :) I'm always at home, so going out in the park is something I really like now. I made some sandwich, and my friend and I ate there while people watching. Had cola! Would have been better if we had some beer or cheap wine, but then it isn't allowed here.
I can't imagine that drinking beer in the park is not allowed... ugh. Can you at least buy alcohol freely? And why are you usually staying at home?
That's UAE for you. :) And yes, you can buy freely in some stores, but you need to really pack it in a backpack for people not to see. Not allowed to be seen outside your house... Im waiting for my visa to get cancelled because I am going back home to Philippines for good. :)
