This is Durian, the most dreaded fruit on earth. There is so much hatred towards this fruit but why? To those of you who had never eat this fruit, you will either get crazy with this fruit or will run away from it faster than the bullet train. Why? Lol :D.
All due to its smell. In Malaysia the "no durian" sign can be seen everywhere; in public vehicles, in buildings especially hotels and restaurants the "no durian" signs were placed to warn people not to bring the forbidden fruit inside the premises. Funny right! but it's common here.
When I was very small, my dad would brought durians back in a big sack that would contain around at least 10 big durians. We, me and my siblings would be jumping with joy each time. We really look forward to Durian season. It was very cheap back then, that although my dad was not earning too much, he was able to bring so many durians each time.
Now time has changed. Eating durian is considered a luxury experience. A Durian fruit can cost around RM50 to RM100. Quite expensive right?

Hello @eduards, it's nice to know that you have never seen durian. Durian has many type; Musang King, Kucing tidur, Kampung, D24, D18. It's sweet and soft. I like the sweet with a little bit of bitter taste. I think in cold country like yours, best to eat durian because you will feel hot internally after eating it. I must do cold shower after eating durian because it feel so hot after eating it.
The taste not the same like litchi, by the way I love litchi :D

You mean the durian? It's high of vitamin C and Energy. It is best when you feel cold, because it heats up your body temperature internally.

Hi Shanu, I also don't know how to tell you this. Not bad to me because I ate it since I was very small. To me the smell is so unique, from 100 metre you can already smell it hahahah.
