Whoaa, thanks for coming on my post! Yeah, this is my personal experience. In the past I always felt my life was filled with problems, and I didn't have time to enjoy life. Forgetting a problem for a moment like when going to sleep or waking up does sound simple, but it is very helpful for peace of mind.
