Well written! I've found that gratitude really helps. When I tap into the things I'm grateful for, it seems to neutralize my emotional state so that I can tangibly deal with the heavy emotions.

Would love to hear your thoughts about my latest video: How To NOT Feel Like S#*$ In the Morning [PART I]. I had a ton of fun making it ;-)
