Yes! We gotta learn to that some things we can't control and by letting go we can embrace and get the best of the situation. Its like trying to grab water, but if you let it flow smoothly, it soothes the hands
I do love the example you made, it actually made go try it out 🙈( grabbing water and then letting it flow) lol. But really, it is just like that. 😊
