The Abuse of Power and Conflict of Interest Within California CPS That Ruins Lives - An Interview (Part 2)

This interview is a phone interview performed with “Tracy”, a former girlfriend and real victim of the corrupt and abusive Child Protection Services division of CDSS in the state of California. This phone interview phone took place January 4th, 2018.

The Interview - Part 2
Me: “The molestation claim made by them two make my fucking blood boil. You don’t do that to someone.”
Tracy: “The cops showed up and questioned my Dad and Mom, my Mom was horrified and they seperated for a bit while all of this was going on. My Dad lost his job and had to hire a lawyer.”
Me: “And, what was it that your Dad did?”
Tracy: “For a living or what?”
Me: “For a living?”
Tracy: “He was an Master Engineer for the government.”
Me: “And all of that, all of his education, his time in service with the state, everything...”
Tracy: “Gone. He became very depressed and suicidal.”
Me: “Didn’t they ask “Sara” about this?
Tracy: “Yes. The CPS bitch questioned her and said she wouldn’t admit it out of fear of her Grandfather.”
Me: “Was there a medical examination or anything. Where was the proof?”
Tracy: “There wasn't! Again that's the whole thing about this stupid shit. Remember we asked for a doctor to examine and were told it was too late for that and was told it would put her through more trauma?”
Me: “Yes.”
Tracy: “It was us against them.”
Me: “I remember honey, and it broke us apart and cost us almost all of our savings at the time.”
Tracy: “Yeah and we had to get that jack-off lawyer who didn’t do shit and cost us an arm and a leg.”
Me: “Thats the next question. So did this ever get solved?”
Tracy: “After they tried to take her from us, she stayed with my sister for her safety since CPS said it wasn't safe in our house or my Mom’s house. We gave statements to our lawyer and he worked with the state. We had to get the house inspected (again for the billionth time”, and were checked on to see if we were suitable. It was sooo frustrating and embarrassing.
Me: “So she was never taken by the state, just relocated for a while until everything was figured out?”
Tracy: Nothing was wrong in the first place! “Dave” and his CPS bitch girlfriend were playing games and ruined us. It cost us our relationship, my Dad lost his job and never got it back. People to this day still talk about it, he almost killed himself over it. His life sucks now, he’s not the same and it’s been years now.”
Me: "So what is the status of all this now?"
Tracy: “Well we had to go into “program” after all of this, and once I heard that they split up for whatever reason it all just kinda died off. He will send threatening texts to this day, but I’m use to it.”
Me: “But the damage is irreversible.”
Tracy: “Damage and money. I’m still paying my Mom back for some of the shit I had to get help on.”
Me: Well “Sara” is still with you and now in middle-school, and you now have full custody right?”
Tracy: “Yes. I was finally able to get full custody after they broke up, I was able to collect enough information that someone finally heard me. When CPS was involved, I just couldn’t win against them. No matter how loud I was yelling about the false accusations and corruption, and that this was all bullshit, it was like her title trumped everything.”
Me: “Thank you for all of this. Is there anything else you would like to add?”
Tracy: “Yeah. Don’t stop fighting. Bite, claw, scratch, scream, fight. I’m Momma Bear and you don’t fuck with my cub. I love you Jake, thank you for supporting me and always being there for me. Oh, and I found out she still works with CPS.”
Me: “Incredible...I love you too Tracy, you know you and “Sara” are my girls. I think this interview will help people, even if it helps only one it’s worth it.
Tracy: I agree. I love you.
Love: “Love you too honey, I’ll talk to you later. Give “Sara” a kiss for me. Tell her to stop growing up!”
Tracy: “Ok.”

So distressing all the crap you go through just to be. Why does the world want to harass. It is so much easier to jut get along with each other. I doubt if the CPS will ever get or read the memo. Blogs like this help to document the bull and provide public awareness to the crime. Light shines in the darkness an the darkness does not overcome it. Light always wins. Good will always prevail. WE WILL WIN . Those assholes don't stand a chance. Thanks for sharing.
And thank you for the support and kind words. The problem is that the government has become too big and over-reaching. To fight against this particular situation, we exhausted all of our resources to defend our innocence and good standing while a single, corrupt member of the department had unlimited resources to execute their own agenda.
It is completely wrong.
I am in shock! The very system set up to protect children is this corrupt? I feel so ill. I always worried about bringing children into such a messed up world but bow they're here and I need to learn how to protect them. Thank you for soreading the message and doing what you can to help others. I hope this agency is shut down or seriously overhauled one day.

I really appreciate your feedback. I speak to "Tracy" extremely often, even though we have both gone our separate ways we still love and support each-other 100%. Even though her father was absolved, the distain that he had with his former employer was too great for him to go back. He was there for many years and I believe it hurt him knowing that they would not defend his innocence due to politics.
I am glad to hear your relationship somewhat survived such a trying ordeal. As for her dad, that makes complete sense but how awful for him to be dragged through the mud and still living with the aftermath. :(
Arghh! They sure know how to screw up people's lives. I feel so badly for her father who was accused with absolutely no proof, and couldn't live with people thinking that he did such horrible things.
As you keep reading my true account of Anna's family, you will see that her husband was accused of this too -- with ZERO proof.
In fact, 2 years later he went to the Supreme Court and was tried criminally, and found completely innocent by the Judge, who lambasted Social Services for making stuff up. But guess what? They said that they did not believe the judge and STILL would not give back her daughter until the little girl became suicidal upon being told that she would never return home.
They are dirty rotten bastards, and now the whole small town still thinks that her husband is a pedophile, because the Social Workers spread rumors all over town, even going so far as to say that he was a predator. These false accusations ruined a man's life, as well as his family's.
The worst irony of all is that the Social Worker who took Anna's little girl (we gave him them the pseudo-name of Hardcock) is the real pedophile -- a real sicko. He accuses other men of what he is in fact guilty of himself.
Such a twisted world!

I have been following Anna's story and its what nightmares are made of. I am so glad you are doing the work you are to help families. I am also grateful that Steemit exists so that I have a means of contributing to these causes in some way, shape or form. Keep up the amazing work. I can only imagine how psychologically and emotionally draining this type of work must be.

I will make sure I read your series. It is absolutely disgusting that a person can even THINK about accusing someone for that, even if they have every right to hate that person. I have heard of this a few times, but when it happened to my "father-in-law" it really hit home. Even though he was completely innocent, it devastated his life.
