Another day with no gardening, trying a new product to help with symptoms of the Menopause...

This morning started off very wet then dried up around lunchtime but still very windy, we are expecting a frost tonight, keeping everything crossed the weather forecast is wrong. Another day not gardening, I have been out to check on what i am growing thankfully everything looks OK for now. I moved the seeds that i had growing on the landing window sill down to the kitchen window where it will get sun leaving the landing window sill empty, tomorrow i will start to re-fill it with new seeds.

I have wrote before about me going through the Menopause, all the symptoms are starting to get to me.

Hot Flushes
Hedaches
Low Mood
Anxiety

I can handle most of them but the Hot Flushes are horrible and humiliating when i am out, One minute I am OK the next i can feel the sweat rolling down my back, my hair sticking to my neck its nasty. I don't want to take anymore drugs as i take enough for my pain and depression.

A friend mentioned a metal thing you put in your knickers made by Ladycare. It was priced at £39.99, with a little searching i managed to find one going for £26.99, It has to be worth a try. I received it this morning, have been wearing it now for around 4 hours.

I thought it would be uncomfortable to wear. The product has a very smooth outer shell, once it is in position it didn't bother me plus the magnet is pretty strong stopping the product from falling off when off to the toilet.

As Ladycare say on the packaging Menopause isn't a medical medical condition , It is a natural occurrence that most women will experience sometime in their life.

I had a shower before wearing this, I haven't had another hot flush since but that isn't unusual as a shower usually helps, its later on in the night where i will hopefully feel the benefits.

It says:

I am going to keep on wearing it everyday and night, if this just helps with the hot sweats then i will be happy. Sometimes i feel as if i am in the shower.
