It's good to see you writing about the whole experience. I agree the VA needs to address many issues. The anger you feel towards them and that isolated feeling from having to fight the very people who are supposed to help you is not uncommon. We're still losing 22 veterans a day(with different levels of VA interaction) but the fact is...the VA is interacting with Veterans and you would expect to see a dent in that figure.

Keep fighting. It's frustrating and overwhelming, I know.

As my grandpa would say.

"an old vet never dies...just fades away"
