Very, very, well done! This is a conversation we have had so many times. It's so awesome that you wrote it down and so well.
I'm really excited about the new science that is finding the brain links between expecting the past to define the future and how to make an intention and change it, creating the life we want. As a woman having 54 years I am getting younger everyday.
