We needed to get our feet wet, but we already have an assistant brewmaster and a hops farmer waiting in the wings for interviews- when I get just a wee bit more experience behind the cameras- and while being in front of the camera is not daunting to Howie, he's not yet entirely comfortable but it won't take long :)
