Best 10 min habit to boost your energy and reduce stress

Staying on track with your goals can be stressful. And if untreated, the accumulation of stress can be irreversible for your health. Are you staying awake late at night? Drinking lots of coffee? Keep having headaches?

Then follow this 3-step morning habit to boost your daily energy:

  1. CONNECT - As soon as you wake up, sit on your bed, with your back straight and do some deep breathing: inhale until four and exhale until four. Repeat 5 times. Using this technique whenever you feel stressed will help you re-centre.

  2. BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM - Take a shower, starting with hot water and finishing with cold. It trains your nervous system to be resilient to stress and illness.

  3. HYPERHYDRATE - Instead of coffee or black tea, make yourself a Morning Tonic from 1 tsp of wheatgrass (available in powder in any health food store), tsp of curcumin, and powdered ginger. Add some lemon juice and a lot of water. You'll feel hydrated and motivated!
    Alternatively, if you have a juicer, prepare a freshly squeezed vegetable juice from green leafy vegetables, carrots, ginger, lemon, and add an apple to suit your taste.

Why powdered ginger?Why not the root itself?

Hard To mix the root into a Beverage .. and Powder is Easier to use & store and Cheaper to buy :)

I shred the root,but will try the powder though.
