I am yet to find a name to what it is, and would appreciate if someone is kind enough to tell me what it is called.

Truly speaking i don't know what would result to spouses killing each other. It was once a rare occurence but now it occurs almost on a frequent basis which i must say is appaling.

Well in this part of Africa, christians usually take part in marriages done in the church which binds you in holy matrimony with your spouse.

In this bind, there is no quitting, but rather it is a matter of "Till death do us part", literally. I really don't blame those that physically harm their partners. Like you said, it might have never really been love.

Most people get into marriage looking at the financial benefits or future benefits hence ignoring the warning signs of future maltreatment from their spouses.

Till i know what is the cause for such brutality, i will really never be sure of what to call it @ceepee.
