Grilled Shrimp recipe
Ingredients.
- 2 lbs extra shrimp.
- 1/4 cup cooking oil.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Direction.
Mix 2lbs shrimp with 1/4 cooking oil, 1 teaspoon salt in a bag for 20 minutes in the refrigerator, thread shrimp onto skewers. Prepare grill to high heat and grill for 5-6 minutes turning all sides.
Dipping sauce (Nuoc cham).
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 2 teaspoon sugar.
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon sliced chili or less if you can't eat spicy.
- 1 teaspoon sliced lemongrass.
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce.
- 1/4 teaspoon sliced lemon peel.
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Mix all ingredient and stir in a bowl.
