I can tell already that I'm going to love this post! I was wondering what ethnic group they belong to, and I'm hoping that you have a little bit of the history on that but knowing you oh, I am sure there is 100% coverage. Oh no! Sorry I didn't delve into the Igorot's ethnic background. I have it in mind, but because I wasn't feeling well, I completely forgot all about it and pushed through my post. Sorry. 😭
Igorot are various ethnic groups that live in the mountains of northern Luzon. The term "Igorot" means "mountaineer" in Tagalog (our national language). They have a distinct way of life--they have a unique looking thatch roof houses (and even dresses), and they have kept their traditional religion on their own.
Sorry for this missing information. I guess I have to edit my post so that others can also read about Igorot. Hehehe.
