Yes, I agree. Exposure and the ability to make profitable posts without having to use purchased upvotes would be ideal, unfortunately this is very difficult for new Steemians. Hopefully, as people here grow their accounts they will be in a better position to help each other.
Yes hopefully. The problem here is that many people upvote their own comments instead of upvoting Newbies posts. It will take a while until everything will change :(
