It's my husband's birthday today. We just finished up a delicious steak dinner and his only request was snuggle time on the couch to watch a movie.

We've got The War of 1812 playing right now. Maybe we'll watch an episode of The Americans next.

I am partial to Chicken Marsala over linguini as my special day meal. My husband makes that for me once in a while and he destroys the kitchen. LOL

I love OITNB. We go pretty simple with the steak - olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper and minced garlic. Rub the meat, wrap it, throw it in the oven. YUM! Do you have a favorite way to prep steak?
