I think this is your best post yet. My granddaughter moved three hours away two weeks ago. She use to live around the corner. We miss her but she has moved to a place where she has a horse. I think she will have beautiful memories in her new home and that helps us feel better.
I believe you are right! I know my girls love their horses ( you can see my daughter in the above shot) and there is a special bond between them. I know it must be hard for you, but, this makes for a new place for you to visit! XXO

I'm not finding it hard..yet. We go to the mountains, where she moved, quit a bit anyway. In today's world it's easy to keep in touch.
It really is, isn't it? From working for the government, my friends are all over the world and to this day, I keep up with them, which is amazing and yet so commonplace today.
I will be off on vacation this weekend and although I will check in, will not be as present! I need some ocean!!! I'm definitely overdue!!! It has been a couple of months!
So glad about your granddaughter. And the fact that you will be seeing her so much!
Ocean time!! You had to say that as we sit here tonight among all our beautiful flowers getting bombarded with huge snowflakes...4-6 inches expected. I'll be thinking about you. Enjoy!!
