From the East Coast is one hell of a bike ride. My ass starts to get sore after 30 miles.
I have another friend who rode From Buffalo to Montreal, then to Key West, Florida. Through winter he rode to San Diego, the Alaska in spring, before making his way back across Canada and some northern states to Buffalo a year after he started. He rode 16,000 miles at 67 years old. I would at least like to ride to the west coast some day.
