Ooh this contest will help keep me on a time frame for posting, only one week for participation. I have been creating posts about the combination of coloring and meditation as a mental health outlet for myself and it has been incredible so far. Great idea and thanks to everyone who has posted so far to the contest! I agree with @walkerland, the benefits from community are incredible. Not only in the gifts of the support we receive from others, but how that gift gives back to those that express the support. What a beautiful cycle! ;*

Mental illness refers to a good vary of mental state conditions — disorders that have an effect on your mood, thinking and behavior. samples of psychological state embrace depression, anxiety disorders, dementia praecox, feeding disorders and addictive behaviors. many of us have mental state considerations from time to time.
Very true. We all suffer at some point. Thats why we believe its important to talk abput it.
