Ooh this contest will help keep me on a time frame for posting, only one week for participation. I have been creating posts about the combination of coloring and meditation as a mental health outlet for myself and it has been incredible so far. Great idea and thanks to everyone who has posted so far to the contest! I agree with @walkerland, the benefits from community are incredible.
