Oh! Love this chapter, it builds up nicely on the first chapter, and we see more of the world's background and how it had gotten to be the way it is...
I really like how you developed the girl and the boy, they both have a very understandable inner voices :) And I also like how you ended the chapter, which leaves the reader hooked to find out what the boy will do in the next chapter :D :D :D
