I think now is a good time to sell but I do think a buying opportunity is coming eventually.

Why do you think that? I know Ned has been cashing out a lot of Steem. But maybe that's just needed to keep the lights on? (pay for devs etc)
Unless he is paying them years in advance, he doesn't need that kind of cash
